Weekly Wrap-up: September 29 - October 5

Well, the fact that I accomplished any reading whatsoever is pretty huge, but honestly, I'm blown away by how much I got done this week considering I moved. Again. As you can tell, I dubbed this adult romance week and gave in to some long-awaited titles by some of my favorite authors. How has your reading week gone?

Completed:
Perfect Ruin (Internment Chronicles #1) - Lauren DeStefano: 5 stars. Loved it. I mean, I really, really loved it. Review coming.
"Phoenix Overture" (Newsoul #2.5) - Jodi Meadows: 5 stars. I love Jodi. I really, really do. It's just...she infuriates me by forcing me to love these beautiful characters and then doing really horrific things to them. It's like she gives me an ice cream cone and then knocks it to the ground. I love you. I hate you. I love you. I'm going to have a heart attack one of these days, and I swear it'll be Jodi's fault.
Taste the Heat (Love and Games #1) - Rachel Harris: 5 stars. Jason Landry. Hubba. Hubba.
Seven Day Fiancé (Love and Games #2) - Rachel Harris: 4 stars. Cane is no Jason, but he's still a catch!
Play with Me (Grover Beach Team #1) - Piper Shelley: 3 stars. Quite cute. Review forthcoming.

Currently Reading:
The Bride Wore Size 12 (Heather Wells #5) - Meg Cabot. I love this series!!

New to my bookshelf this week:
Library:
Fangirl - Rainbow Rowell. THANK HEAVENS THIS IS FINALLY HERE.
Antigoddess - Kendare Blake
The Infinite Moment of Us - Lauren Myracle
Clockwork Princess audiobook - Cassandra Clare. Some people require bathroom reading material. Lately, I've needed commute reading material!
The Program - Suzanne Young. After reading Just Like Fate, I'm really excited to see what else Suzanne can do!

Bought:
Nothing! The buying of books is sadly going to have to slow drastically for the next few months due to an increase in expenses so once again, the library is my bff.

Giveaways & Contests:
Find Me - Romily Bernard. My thanks to Romily and fellow bloggers Christine from Ensconced in YA and Nova for the amazing #FindMe Twitter party.

DRCs:
The Lure - Lynne Ewing (EW)
One & Only - Viv Daniels (author)
Infinityglass - Myra McEntire (NG)
Contaminated - Em Gardner (NG)
The Vigilante Poets of Selwyn Academy - Kate Hattemer (NG)
The Summer of Letting Go - Gae Polisner (NG)

    1. Perfect Ruin is incredible. Get the library to buy that thing asap. Sad about Infinityglass. Finales are hard, and I've been wondering since I found out about the different povs if that would be detrimental. :(
